By opting in to the PotentialU messaging program, you agree to receive recurring text messages from PotentialU at the mobile number you provided. Messages may include account verification, onboarding information, AI assistant conversations, coaching communications, reminders, service updates, feature notifications, and other account-related communications.

Message frequency varies based on your account activity, use of PotentialU, and notification preferences. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of employment, purchase, or participation.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any PotentialU text message or sending an email to notifications@potentialu.co. After opting out, you may receive one final message confirming that your opt-out request has been processed. You will not receive additional text messages unless you provide consent again.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to the availability and operation of your wireless service and mobile network.

You are responsible for keeping your mobile number and account information accurate. If your mobile number changes or is reassigned, you should update your account information or opt out before discontinuing use of the number.

PotentialU may modify or discontinue the messaging program at any time. Your participation in the program is also subject to the PotentialU Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
